Residential preventive maintenance on to split units
Relocated furnace to the attic, extended the 112 outlet from the furnace closet to new location in the attic, as well as the gas supply line. Added air conditioning to the side of the house hiding the lines in a line set cover. Ran drain lines from evaporator coil in attic terminating outside the house, primary drain to a French drain and secondary over a window for direct view if secondary ever has water flowing out of it. Ran new duct work, upsizing duct terminations to better serve each room
